Malcolm Twino Mpamizo is the Managing Partner of MNA Advocates and the Head of the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Tax Advisory Practice. He is a senior and founding partner of the Firm and a proficient, versatile and results-driven advocate with a distinguished record in the delivery of legal, corporate, regulatory and strategic advisory services. Over the course of a legal career spanning more than 13 years, Malcolm has built a reputation as a dependable full-service lawyer with strong commercial judgment, sound legal analysis and a practical understanding of the regulatory and business environment in Uganda and the wider region. Malcolm advises a broad spectrum of clients on corporate and commercial transactions, tax and regulatory compliance, labour and industrial relations matters, banking and finance issues, construction law, intellectual property, environmental law and policy, conveyancing and land transactions, as well as matters implicating international and regional law. His practice is distinguished by an ability to combine rigorous legal interpretation with strategic, solution-oriented advice that supports clients to manage risk, unlock opportunities and make confident decisions in complex operational and regulatory contexts
