Rebecca is a dedicated legal professional based in Kampala, Uganda, with a strong foundation in legal research, contract drafting, and client advocacy. Her practice spans business law and technology law, with hands-on tribunal experience gained through training at the Procurement Appeals Tribunal (PPDA Tribunal), where she drafted rulings, suspension orders, and legal briefs while also representing clients in procurement applications post-training with the Tribunal. She has also contributed to the drafting of a compendium of Procurement Appeals Tribunal decisions (2020–2025), alongside Muhumuza, Kateeba and Co. Advocates, and continues to contribute legal research and analysis as a Technical Writer and Editor for Lawpoint Uganda. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, alongside specialized training in data protection and privacy rights from working on data privacy matters with the Centre for Technology Disputes Resolution - Uganda, and public procurement law and practice. She brings sharp analytical thinking, meticulous attention to confidentiality, and a client-centred approach to every matter she handles.
